Echoes Across the Century

Brief

To create a visual identity and marketing materials for ‘Echoes Across the Century’, a multi-sensory exhibition exploring heritage, memory and loss. Featuring artist Jane Churchill and the work of 240 students responding to the impact of the First World War, displayed at the Guildhall Art Gallery.

Solution

We wanted the design solution to support the look and feel of the work within the exhibition. We used a main composite visual, focusing on a variety of elements which encapsulated the essence of the exhibition, bringing together its photographic and illustrative components. We were then able to use textures and devices from this main image and apply them to other marketing materials and signage within the show.
