Premm recently enjoyed working on the new edition of Browse for Colliers International – published to coincide with the MAPIC retail property exhibition in Cannes.
The magazine, designed to be attractive to all stakeholders within the retail property sector, highlights trends in the industry and how important it is to understand how brands work within the retail space. One of the themes highlighted in the new edition was the need for the sector to recognise and be adept at spotting winning concepts and brands that are going to be successful and vibrant tenants.
The design uses a ‘lifestyle’ approach that contrasts from news spreads, through to longer interview based articles. ‘Shop window’ spreads use strong double page images and snappy copy that add pace to the overall design. The use of foil blocking on the masthead adds to the overall quality feel of the publication.
Commissioning Editor, Duncan Lamb, comments: “The focus of the magazine is to give an insight into various trends and themes in the retail property sector. Premm’s design reflect the magazine’s lifestyle approach, and the issue has been very well received”.
