Colliers is a professional services and investment management company with more than 150 offices in 68 countries, providing services to commercial real estate users, owners, investors and developers. We were briefed to design a magazine for Colliers International that gives an insight into various aspects of the retail and commercial property sector. We wanted the magazine to stand out in the industry and feel different to competitor publications. Our approach was to take inspiration from lifestyle magazines, producing a publication that was image led and lighter on text. Each story was supported by a mix of beautiful illustrations and photography, alongside infographics and strong typography. By ensuring a mix of diverse stories and styles as the pages turned, the publication offered pace and contrast throughout, to hold the readers attention.
