It has been a season of change for the English Football League as the 2024-25 season brought with it the need to refresh their branding for the Championship, League One and League Two – as well as two cup competitions. Premm continued our partnership with the in-house creative team, supporting them with the implementation of the historic organisation's rebrand across a host of touchpoints. This ranged from internal communications, through one-off community events up to assets for their flagship Wembley finals and social media campaigns promoting fan competitions and the EFL Fantasy Football game. The Carabao Cup Final, Vertu Trophy Final, and Play-Off Finals at Wembley Stadium had an incredible combined attendance of 370,093 across all five matches. The peak TV audience was over 11 million! The Play-Offs alone generated 1 million engagements on EFL social channels. Congratulations to Newcastle United, Peterborough United, Sunderland, Charlton Athletic and AFC Wimbledon for their victories across the finals. We’re absolutely thrilled to have worked with the EFL and feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of bringing this exciting new identity to life.
