The event will go beyond traditional talks and seminars, offering a rich mix of experiences including exhibitions, workshops, DJ sets, VR headsets, and interactive photobooths. With such an energetic and varied programme, the visual identity will need to strike a balance between professionalism and playfulness, capturing the festival atmosphere while staying rooted in the core values of the RCN.
Premm Design responded with a bold and engaging visual identity that reflected this unique positioning. The logo features dynamic, multicoloured typography to convey the diversity and excitement of the event, while other design elements—like circular shapes, festive bunting, and vibrant gradients—will help create a lively and cohesive brand presence.
As part of the project, Premm will also deliver a full suite of digital assets, including bespoke Canva templates and web-ready graphics. These tools will allow the RCN’s in-house team to create ongoing content for social media and digital communications, ensuring brand consistency while giving them the flexibility to respond to real-time needs and updates in the lead-up to the festival.
The final identity will aim to position the RCN Student Festival 2025 as a must-attend event for student nurses nationwide. More than just a brand, it will serve as a visual platform for energy, inclusivity, and forward-thinking ideas—perfectly aligned with the event’s mission to inspire and connect the next generation of nursing professionals.
