It’s beginning to look a lot like… Christmas at Kew

Wednesday 18 December 2019

This year the Premm team headed to Kew Gardens for our sparkling Christmas party. Christmas at Kew is a magical light trail across the gardens at night, showcasing everything from dynamic laser projections, tunnels of light and illuminated trees. Now in its 7th year, the event had grown the trail with new immersive pieces, but also still hosted some original features such as the flickering Fire Garden and the singing Holly Bushes. One of our favourite installations was the Treetop Walkway, where...

Tuesday 06 February 2018

Today marks 100 years since Parliament passed a law that allowed the first women, and all men, to vote. The Houses of Parliament approached Premm to create a graphical montage for their Vote 100 campaign, which celebrates this milestone through various activities, exhibitions, talks and tours. Using a timeline device to represent the period of time that has passed since this milestone, we added strong images of women throughout recent history to showcase the development of women’s rights up until...

Friday 29 April 2016

It is very rare we get the chance to go out as a whole bunch of us from Premm, so when Pick Me Up opened its doors at Somerset House for 2016 we were all very much up for it! I mean who doesn’t love seeing what the cultural arts have to offer each year, especially when some bring such a smile to your face like these Little ‘Floam Buddy’s’ did to Jess’. What country, friends, is this?

Tuesday 08 March 2016

Premm has been commissioned to work on promotional materials for the Globe Theatre’s Playing Shakespeare production now for 5 consecutive years. Twelfth Night was the chosen play this year for the 2016 performance; and one of Shakespeare’s more tragic comedies focusing on love, loss, identity and the sea. In contrast to last years design for the production of Othello, Twelfth Night’s main concept focused on using photography of one of the cast members. This was an interesting process for us...
